Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack the e-bike or accessory in its original factory box with all included manuals, chargers, and tools to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the item back to our designated service center for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
