How long does shipping take for a Cyrusher e-bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location and proximity to our regional warehouses.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85-90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle using the toolkit and video guides provided.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Does my Cyrusher bike come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Cyrusher e-bike is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the battery, motor, and frame.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you pay over time.
Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?
Cyrusher e-bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
